On the same night that Donald Trump earned his own wing in the Douche Hall of Fame by taking a cheap shot at Carly Fiorina’s looks in a Rolling Stone interview, he also tweeted that a swipe had been taken at him — by fellow presidential candidate Ben Carson, who suggested that a differentiating factor between himself and Trump would be his faith.
