Gov. Bobby Jindal tries to shake image as one-time Common Core supporter at #EdSummit15

Six GOP candidates met with former CNN journalist turned education activist Campbell Brown at today’s Republican Education Summit in New Hampshire. Neither Jeb Bush nor John Kasich provided many surprises, but one-time Common Core supporter Gov. Bobby Jindal proved that his flip-flop to Common Core opponent has stuck.

Just a year ago, Jindal filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education in an attempt to prevent Common Core standards from being applied to his state after coming out against Common Core at the 2014 Republican Leadership Conference.

Why the change of heart over Common Core?

Fascinated her? Is that the same Common Core math that has inspired plenty of tears from students and parents alike? The one whose “partner, anchor, decompose” basis Greg Gutfeld called “the plot of ‘Silence of the Lambs,'” not math?
