As Twitchy reported, a judge has ordered Hillary Clinton and her aides, Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, not to delete any federal documents in their possession. Last week, Clinton even said she had signed a “penalty of perjury” statement claiming she had turned over all work-related emails in her possession.

However, Phil Kerpen, president of American Commitment, notes that Clinton’s sworn statement is a throwback to her husband’s old days in office, questioning what the meaning of the word “all” is.
Note, Hillary sworn declaration does NOT certify that all records were provided, which was what the court requested. pic.twitter.com/dzOUGOlYWy

Correct, simply swears that she DIRECTED it to be done and that as far as she understands her orders were followed. https://t.co/2cxVY2ZoCR

@kerpen @NoahCRothman Essentially she is saying, "I swear that I provided what I provided."

There are more hedges in this statement than there are around the mansion in Chappaqua.
@kerpen @AaronBlakeWP 3 hedges: "I have directed" "in my custody" & "on info and belief." Also "were fed records" makes no sense, they ARE

@kerpen that proof is on direct contrast to what is being reported. Basically saying 55k pages has everything and we know it doesn't

@kerpen I did notice that. Won't say it, because they know the first lost email some un-managed recipient forwards on will mean perjury.

Cheryl Mills didn't even have an account on clintonemaildotcom??? What is she, chopped liver? https://t.co/TTn4UeDqOV
— Phil Kerpen (@kerpen) August 10, 2015
No, Cheryl Mills isn’t chopped liver. She’s been more accurately described as Hillary Clinton’s “document sifter” and “fixer.”
Kerpen has a message for the reporters at the Washington Post.
Here's an idea, report what the declaration actually says, not what the campaign tells you to say it says. https://t.co/TTn4UeDqOV

There's a reason I always get my Hillary scandal news from @JudicialWatch and the primary source documents. https://t.co/TTn4UeDqOV

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton sums up the main problem with Clinton’s sworn declaration.
HRC Submits Email Info to Court Under Penalty of Perjury but doesn’t want to tell the whole truth about email system. http://t.co/PaddXojyZQ
— Tom Fitton (@TomFitton) August 10, 2015
“Mrs. Clinton’s declaration fails to comply with both Judge Sullivan’s court order and the State Department’s request. Clinton does not certify she turned over all federal records and provides no information on the extent that Abedin and Mills used her server,” he writes.
“Mrs. Clinton doesn’t want to tell the whole truth about her email system,” Fitton continues. “I’m a sure the court will have more questions for her. This declaration raises more questions than it answers and shows contempt for the court. We will be seeking appropriate relief with the court.”
