Surprising no one, Donald Trump will take center stage. In a bit of a surprise, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who jumped into the race rather late, managed to grab the 10th and final spot for the main debate, edging out former Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
Kasich of course only got into the race a couple of weeks ago. So the Ohio governor makes the Cleveland debate

Thoughts on Fox News debate final 2: Kasich is breathing a sigh of relief, Perry has got to be pissed!

CLEVELAND (AP) — Fiorina, Perry, Jindal, Graham, Santorum, Pataki, Gilmore miss cut for first GOP 2016 debate

Today's rumor that 11 candidates would be on stage was just that–a rumor. 5 p.m. lineup: Perry, Santorum, Graham, Fiorina, Jindal, Graham.

I regret that @CarlyFiorina will not be in the primetime debate Thursday night. She is dynamite. More to come.

Perhaps it’s just my followers but all of my mentions are expressing dismay that @CarlyFiorina isn’t on main stage.

.@GovernorPerry has been one of the most interesting & serious candidates of the campaign. Does not seem to be auditioning for Fox News slot

The NCAA selection committee would have given @marcorubio a higher seed based on potential & performance against strong competition

I'm already so bored of the "Second Tier Debate Was More Substantive" think pieces that haven't been written yet.

True fact: Kids tables are often much more fun.
