Despite a restraining order, the Center for Medical Progress this morning released its fourth undercover video, in which Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Savita Ginde admits on video that some of the organ harvesting that takes place in the organization is performed on babies delivered intact and potentially alive.
The first video alone should have been stomach-churning enough for Planned Parenthood supporters to reconsider their association with the group, if not their support for abortion entirely. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) is a die-hard supporter of the group and went so far today as to term recent calls to defund the taxpayer-subsidized group “cheap political stunts.”
Efforts to defund @PPFA are cheap, political stunts that only distract from doing the work Americans expect & deserve http://t.co/03SfdlHEtN

That’s right … isn’t Sen. Gillibrand the one who invited Emma Sulkowicz, Columbia University’s famous “Mattress Girl,” to be her guest at the State of the Union address? At a student at Columbia, Sulkowicz claimed she was raped and carried her dormitory mattress with her wherever she went as a form of protest (not to mention for credit as a visual arts student).

The student accused of rape but cleared after a tribunal, an appeal at Columbia, as well as an investigation by the New York Police Department, told New York Magazine, “I am shocked to learn that Sen. Gillibrand is actively supporting Ms. Sulkowicz’s defamation campaign against me by providing her with a public forum in which to broadcast her grave allegation. By doing so, Sen. Gillibrand is participating in a harassment campaign against someone, who, for good reason, has been found innocent by all investigating bodies.”
That story didn’t fit Gillibrand’s narrative, though. She instead praised Mattress Girl as “one of a growing chorus of student survivor activists who have taken matters into their own hands by telling their stories of assault in order to shine a light on the scourge of sexual assault on our college campuses today.”
What assault? This is the same Sen. Gillibrand who went on to proclaim her hope that even a growing number of rape hoaxes were helping to expose the epidemic of campus sexual assault. But actual undercover video of Planned Parenthood employees sifting through body parts? A cheap stunt.
@redsteeze @SenGillibrand "Illegal money flow" and more…defunding a baby parts racket is an act of moral hygiene. It's the LEAST we can do
