A woman has been charged with second-degree assault after pouring water on Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake this morning at the city’s Mondawmin Festival, reports the Baltimore Sun.

Lacheisa Pailin-Sheffer, 37, allegedly ran up to Rawlings-Blake and poured a large cup of liquid over her head. A member of the mayor’s executive protection unit placed Pailin-Sheffer in handcuffs while aides rushed to dry off the mayor.
