It should come as no surprise that CNN political commentator Sally Kohn is, through her tweets, trying to redirect attention from the rioting in Baltimore back toward the issue of police violence. But what sort of hashtag is #BaltimoreRising when rioters loot a CVS, set it on fire, and then try to sabotage the efforts of firefighters to put it out?
