Yes, there was a packed house at #CPAC2015 in anticipation of Jeb Bush’s question-and-answer session with Fox News host Sean Hannity. Is it possible that many waited for Bush to take the stage just so they could walk out? “1776” man definitely did walk out along with quite a few others.
Jeb Bush walkout has begun. it's smallish, and led by guy holding a revolutionary-era flag

I do not support a walkout on Jeb Bush at #CPAC2015.That's the crap liberals do. Listen, disagree and respectfully engage.

The catcalls have quieted down. Jeb Bush now getting loud applause. #CPAC

Those who remained, though, showed a great deal of enthusiasm for Florida’s former governor, even if the cheers sounded a little canned.

Hannity’s reminder of Gov. Bush’s support for illegal immigration managed to elicit quite a few boos from the crowd. Bush did seem to recover well, even while holding his ground and encouraging a road to citizenship.
.@JebBush is handling #immigration question correctly, defending his position but sticking w/ it and not lecturing. #CPAC2015

Very odd dynamic in the room – clearly a lot of Bush supporters who've packed in & are cheering; others are more tentative or booing

If I were one of the other 2016ers right now, I'd be very worried about facing @JebBush on a debate stage.

Based on this performance, Jeb Bush on a debate stage would be pretty formidable

While he is not yet ready for prime time, Jeb Bush is a better campaigner than George W. was at this stage in his first prez campaign.

The CPAC boos aren't bad for Bush, given his goal is to say he's not bending to demands of the base.
