A Staten Island grand jury’s decision not to indict the police officer who killed Eric Garner has sparked protests in several large cities across the nation, most notably New York, but that doesn’t mean that things have quieted down in Ferguson, Mo. Protesters are still facing off with the National Guard, two of whom chose to retrieve a burned American flag from the street and fold it as best they could.
