News of a New York City doctor testing positive for Ebola dominated the news Thursday. Despite the doctor’s decision to ride the subway and go bowling after feeling sluggish, he’s already been declared a hero. Thomas Eric Duncan, who came to America knowing that he had been exposed to Ebola, has been said to have “died a hero.”
Many thanks to Fox News host Greg Gutfeld, then, for urging people to keep some real heroes, the police officers who were attacked by a man with a hatchet Thursday afternoon, in their thoughts. One officer was struck in the right arm, and another who was hit in the head is hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
NY cops. Think about those guys. Hope they're ok. Ebola will be there tomorrow.

@greggutfeld There is a really sweet, caring guy inside that "I hate everything" exterior. You are a good man, Greg Gutfeld!

@greggutfeld It's awful and heartbreaking that officers just doing their jobs are violently attacked. We must profile and investigate. NO PC

Poignant and true:
@greggutfeld They will never be ok, not ever again… and that's the worst part of it. I pray to god they live but an attack like that scars
