As Paul explains in a video, the city’s leadership has had “40 or 50 or 60 years of socialism in the city” and has little to show for it except for abandoned properties and vacant lots. Unfortunately, Mayor Mike Duggan has reportedly shut down an urban farming project aimed to reduce blight in the city.
