Now that Obamacare’s open enrollment period has passed, there’s just one other tiny detail nagging at those millions of new sign-ups — paying their premiums. The administration’s being awfully quiet about how many enrollees have actually paid their first premium, but they have sent out a subtle reminder via Twitter that Obamacare isn’t free after all.

For a while the administration was counting among enrollees anyone who had placed a health insurance plan in his or her HealthCare.gov shopping cart, whether paid for or not.
Amazon: Remember to pay for the items in your shopping cart so you can keep them.
