President Obama announced today that enrollment for Obamacare has topped the 6 million mark, and the White House is celebrating. Dan Pfeiffer calls it an “amazing comeback story,” but National Journal’s Ron Fournier is suggesting the administration not pop the champagne yet.

Wait a minute. Have all 6 million enrollees actually selected a plan they can afford and paid their first premium? And how many who already had insurance plans that were cancelled are represented here?

Will the White House be cheering 7 million sign-ups after the extension announced Tuesday night kicks in?
Why the 2 week grace period? Because if current "enrollment" rate is maintained they could hit 7 million by 4/15.
