NewsBusters associate editor Noel Sheppard found himself unexpectedly tweeting from the emergency room and a hospital bed Saturday.
ER ordering a battery of tests.I bet they all conclude I'm an incurable conservative with a warped sense of humor.

So now I'm actually in my own room with a hospital gown on. All this to cure conservatism?

— Noel Sheppard (@NoelSheppard) January 18, 2014
Take that, haters.

— Noel Sheppard (@NoelSheppard) January 19, 2014
I was complaining about having to watch tomorrow's games in bed. Never thought it would be a hospital bed. Wow.
— Noel Sheppard (@NoelSheppard) January 19, 2014
I wonder if anyone at this hospital knows how to make a martini with bleu cheese olives.
— Noel Sheppard (@NoelSheppard) January 19, 2014
CT scan done. Now the big wait to see if I need a biopsy. Cross those fingers.
