The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Stanley is being sarcastic, of course. The lengthy post at the Jewish Daily Forward to which he’s referring doesn’t quite accuse anyone of being a Nazi, but it does purport to examine the “right wing anger” at the Jewish star of OFA’s viral Obamacare ad. You know, the one starring Pajama Boy sipping hot cocoa in his plaid onesie; this one, in case you missed it:
"Pajama Boy is yet another emblem of an increasingly non-white electorate" http://t.co/L5O2bIWOZo Uh, okay pic.twitter.com/TsFUPjtsjA

MSNBC’s Adam Serwer already accused the Right of cyberbullying for having fun at the expense of “yet another emblem of an increasingly non-white electorate.” But now, Jay Michaelson asserts that Pajama Boy (yes, he too calls him Pajama Boy) “stands at a centuries-old nexus of anti-Semitism and misogyny.”
Whether or not the Pajama-Boy bashers are unconsciously anti-Semitic or not, I don’t know. Consciously, they are against everything “Judaism” stands for, at least as construed by its enemies: outsiderness, cosmopolitanism, liberalism, a progressive rather than nativist agenda, an opposition to the notion that there is one kind of “normal” person, a sympathy for the underdog and the immigrant as opposed to the successful and the privileged, and, yes, a rejection of a certain gendered, masculinist understanding of justice wherein the strong survive and the weak are trampled underfoot like the untermenschen they are.
All that from a seemingly grown man wearing a onesie? And all this time, conservatives just thought it was a stupid ad for a horrible piece of legislation.
@timothy_stanley I didn't know "Pajama boy" was Jewish. Now that I know, I'll be sure to refrain from any criticism of his absurd adverts.
