Julia? White House needs help naming National Zoo's baby panda

The government shutdown is over, the Panda Cam is up and running, and the National Zoo’s panda cub needs a name. Anxious to tweet about anything but the Obamacare rollout, the White House is asking citizens to help decide. Needless to say, there were plenty of write-in votes.
