Called to testify before Congress, the contractors behind the “excruciatingly embarrassing” HealthCare.gov site had a perfect opportunity to blame GOP sabotage for the disastrous rollout. They didn’t, almost certainly because there was no GOP sabotage to blame. That didn’t stop “truthers” from accusing the nefarious Koch brothers of hiring hackers to take down the site.
