As Twitchy reported, Hawaii was having an even more difficult time than most states in getting its health insurance marketplace online, falling back on paper applications due to software problems and aiming for an October 15 relaunch. Today was that day, and Hawaii Health Connector proudly announced online that it was open for business (on paper, at least).
