Washington commuters struggling with their own 'red line hell'

With all of the talk lately about who drew that red line in the sand in Syria, we know who’s responsible for drawing the red line through Washington, D.C. That would be the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, and its red line today is causing its own set headaches in the nation’s capital.
