Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano wasn’t exactly winning any popularity contests as the face of the TSA, but the regents of the University of California must have seen plenty in her to like. Today she was confirmed as president by the university’s governing board, but the meeting wasn’t without incident. Four students were reportedly arrested after protesters disrupted the proceedings. What were they protesting? Take your pick.

Napolitano doesn’t know much about running a university, but she’s pro-education and will presumably learn on the job.
