Rescue crews in Michigan City, Ind., pulled an 8-year-old boy from a sinkhole where he had been trapped for more than three hours. The sinkhole appeared at Mount Baldy near the shore of Lake Michigan.

WGN reports that the boy was trapped under nearly 11 feet of sand. His condition is currently unknown.
