Did we say psyched? Actress and A is For… co-founder Martha Plimpton is beyond psyched for tonight’s fundraiser at New York sex toy boutique Babeland. We know the comedians there will be sharing their sex toy stories for an important cause — “to highlight the connections between sexual freedom, choices about reproduction, and access to health care” — but it’s hard for us to get in the partying mood when abortion is the end game.
Co-founder Lizz Winstead will be there too, perhaps with her homemade whoopie-cushion uterus. After all of that nasty business with the Kermit Gosnell trial, someone has to put a happy face back on abortion.
