We didn’t need Geraldo Rivera to tell us that Rambo is a fictional character, but as far as we know, the United States has something better. Unfortunately, according to witnesses, that Special Forces team based in Tripoli was told to not fly to Benghazi to help evacuate embassy personnel on the night of Sept. 11, 2012.
