Old-school progressive Bob Beckel dresses down baby liberal Jon Stewart

Fox News’ Bob Beckel surprised his co-hosts on “The Five” by suggesting the U.S. might want to hold off on issuing student visas to Muslims until the administration gets a tighter grip on who’s in the country already. Beckel stuck by his statement despite a backlash from fellow liberals who thought he’d finally gone over to the dark side. He was not, however, about to let a young whippersnapper like Jon Stewart get away with questioning his progressive credentials.

Let’s give that another shot. How do the kids say it? “B4”? Spankings were so much easier in the old days before computers.

Beckel’s not even the first blowhard to call out Jon Stewart this week.
