Largely lost among the tragic news coming out of Newtown, Conn., today is a development in another gun death which didn’t bring President Obama to tears on television. The family of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, who was killed in a firefight on the Arizona-Mexico border two years ago today, yesterday filed suit against six managers and investigators for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, along with a federal prosecutor previously assigned to the case and the owner of a gun store.
Several firings related to Fast and Furious were announced just last week, although Attorney General Eric Holder was not among them.
Wait. So Eric Holder isn't to blame for Fast and Furious, but the NRA is to blame for school shootings? Got it.
