Protesters now 'disrupting' the subway for Jordan Neely by standing on the tracks

This editor predicted on Thursday this story would be out of the headlines within 24 hours:

The usual gun control suspects didn’t even tweet about this shooting at a hospital that killed one and injured four others. Where was David Hogg?

Anyway, let’s get back to the killing that actually matters. The name Jordan Neely is known far and wide now, mostly for his Michael Jackson impersonations. On Saturday, protesters “disrupted” the subway in New York City by standing on the tracks. That will be about as useful as blocking the highway, except it will keep all the violent lunatics trapped in with subway goers even longer.

This editor rode the train to work for 11 years for his previous gig. For the most part, it was just a ride, like it was supposed to be. When we reported Mayor Eric Adams’ claim that “New York has a brand,” and a lot of people replied that brand was getting pushed on the subway tracks. Is there anyone the mayor could put some police to work in the subways to 1) keep violent, mentally ill people from assaulting citizens and 2) to keep virtue-signaling mentally ill people from protesting on the tracks? You know, clean the place up a bit?
