As Twitchy reported, President Joe Biden just said he’d veto a bill keeping biological males off of girls’ sports teams. Something this editor has always wondered about is why what happens after the sporting event hasn’t been a bigger issue. First, it was sharing bathrooms, and then locker rooms. But what about the showers? All of these people have no problem with a biological male hopping in the shower with a bunch of girls. The Daily Beast ran a piece headlined, “How a 17-Year-Old’s Locker Room Freakout Became an Anti-Trans Crusade” after a 66-year-old trans woman walked in when the teen was showering.
Another locker room freakout happened in March at the Sun Prairie East High School in Wisconsin when an 18-year-old biological male jumped in the showers with a group of 14-year-old girls. “I’m trans, by the way,” she explained.

This is indecent exposure to a minor. There shouldn’t be any qualification needed. These girls were subject to an unwanted encounter by an individual who clearly knew what they were doing.

Imagine your 14 yo daughter telling you an 18 yo guy was naked in the shower with her at school, and the school administration emailing you rules on including transgenders as a response.

This is what women are saying when they’re tired of women’s spaces being erased. And this certainly isn’t the first time something like this has happened. But you’re “transphobic” if you think there’s something wrong with it.
This is just this editor’s opinion, but wouldn’t it be a simple matter of courtesy for a trans woman to wait until they got home to shower, knowing the discomfort it would cause the girls? But no — the overwhelming majority has to cater to a tiny minority.
