Is Rep. Eric Swalwell the dumbest member of Congress, or does he just seem that way because he’s always giving interviews to CNN and MSNBC so we’re just more exposed to his bad takes?

We’re assuming their beef was with Tucker Carlson and his “pro-Putin” propaganda as Russia invaded Ukraine. Now Swalwell is going on MSNBC, home of conspiracy theories, and saying we need to “take a look” at how Fox News is being broadcast to our troops.
