We noticed that Democrats didn’t run on their accomplishments in the midterms. One of President Joe Biden’s big accomplishments was passing the American Rescue Plan. It’s a bit like the Inflation Reduction Act: No one’s seen how it’s reduced inflation at all. Maybe we’re just not seeing it. As Biden said about the American Rescue Plan, “no one knows the effects of it yet.”

You’d think he’d be able to rattle off some of the benefits of the American Rescue Plan just as applause lines, but instead, we don’t know the effects of it yet. But trust him, they’ll be great.
