Storyteller in Chief Joe Biden’s been making a lot of gaffes lately, but it’s been awhile since we’ve heard him refer to Vice President Kamala Harris as president. He’s done it more times than we’re comfortable with, and he did it again Monday while wishing her a happy birthday.
