Here’s one of those good news/bad news posts. Kevin McCarthy told The Federalist that if the GOP takes the House and he becomes Speaker, he’s going to pull a Pelosi and kick Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell off of the House Intelligence Committee and Ilhan Omar off of the Foreign Affairs Committee:
If Republicans win the House and he's Speaker, McCarthy told me he's playing Pelosi's game and booting Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff off Intel, and Ilhan Omar from Foreign Affairs https://t.co/Qxqo2zpXPX

That would be great.
That would be a start

That's not "playing Pelosi's game", that's helping save the country.

That’s great but I want impeachment. Two or three times if needed.

Well, that’s where the bad news comes in. According to the Daily Mail, McCarthy has hinted that the GOP won’t impeach President Biden “for political purposes” (why does he need a reason at all, not that he doesn’t have any). Democrats normalized impeachment with President Trump; why shouldn’t we do the same for “the big guy”?

Well, this is disheartening. Surprised? Absolutely not.

If that's not who we are, then we're nothing at all.

This is why McCarthy and McConnell need to go. This is what is going to happen.

Absolutely correct. The noble gentleman routine is nothing more the tacit acceptance.

We ain't gonna do nothing that upsets our honorable colleagues on the other side of the aisle or their media cohorts…we're better than that.

We better change who we are. We are getting our rights stripped away being “who we are”. So very sick of this.

Biden no. Cabinet – absolutely.
— Brian L Gaudet (@BrianLGaudet) October 20, 2022
With a Senate majority, impeaching the cabinet and forcing new picks that a Republican Senate must approve would be sufficient.

Interesting perspective.
It's the best way.
Gonna take an awful lot to shake people out of apathy.
When things get so bad that the normies can't just continue burying their heads in the sand is when things are gonna really get interesting.
— BNWOally (@1CincySports) October 20, 2022
Imagine the investigations with the right people in place — it would be impossible not to impeach.
