We’ll keep this short since we’ve been over it so many times. Initial reports claimed that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick was bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher on January 6. That claim even made it into the Democrats’ second article of impeachment against President Donald Trump. The New York Times corrected the story eventually. Sicknick died on January 7 from natural causes according to the medical examiner. He was said to have called his brother the night of the sixth and told him he was all right.
So it’s pretty infuriating when people — including President Joe Biden — talk about the police officers who lost their lives on January 6. Rep. Mondaire Jones didn’t want to get mired in “minutia” when he was corrected after claiming Sicknick was bludgeoned to death.

Not only does he lie about one officer being bludgeoned to death he also lies when he stated multiple officers died as a result of what happened that day. Four commited suicide. How is that a result of what happened on Jan. 6th?

That was NOT a “minute point” #MondaireJones. Your statement was not factual re: #OfficerSicknick’s death. His death was the result of suffering 2 strokes the day following January 6th, confirmed by an autopsy. There were no signs of ANY external trauma. Another false narrative

It's like a fish story! Saying that even one Capitol Police Officer died at the hands of the insurgents is proven false.. but by the end of the video "several" Capitol Police Officers died as a result of the insurgents.
One one person died Jan 6, and that was Ashli Babbitt

It infuriates us because they only care enough about Sicknick to exploit his death — face it, the Democrats needed someone to die that day to justify everything they would put the country through afterward. But they didn’t get their casualty, so they have to make one up.
