Attorney General Merrick Garland files suit against Idaho's abortion laws, says he's not going around SCOTUS

Wade wasn’t going to be the end of it … abortion is a sacrament to Democrats, and they’re bound and determined to make sure any woman can have an abortion any time she wants, even if it means opening abortion clinics in national parks and other federal lands. We thought Attorney General Merrick Garland was laser-focused on January 6, but he’s made time to file a lawsuit against the state of Idaho over its abortion laws.

This won’t be the Justice Department’s first lawsuit, but it will be fun to see it end up in front of SCOTUS again.
