CNN's John Harwood wonders if Liz will be remembered as the most consequential Cheney

We’re seeing a whole lot of love in the media for January 6 select committee member Rep. Liz Cheney but not so much love from the people of Wyoming. Some Democrats have become big fans, while others are tolerating her for now but still don’t trust a Cheney. CNN White House correspondent John Harwood wondered if Liz might be remembered as the most consequential political figure in the Cheney family and decided to go right to presidential historian Michael Beschloss.

Beschloss definitely falls under the activist label.

Well said.

The people in Harwood’s replies are certain of it, and they’re not even sure Liz Cheney’s career is over. She might run for Senate after this and have an even more consequential role in American history.
