Rep. Jerrold Nadler suggests Justice Clarence Thomas didn't mention Loving decision because he's 'intermarried'

Rep. Jerrold Nadler took to the House floor Tuesday to talk about marriage equality and suggested that same-sex and interracial marriage were probably next to be overturned now that Roe v. Wade has finally fallen. Nadler noted that Justice Clarence Thomas didn’t mention the Loving decision in his Dobbs concurrence maybe because he’s intermarried, and so is Sen. Mitch McConnell. Maybe that had something to do with it.

Never fear … now they’ve got Ketanji Brown Jackson, and she’s “intermarried” too, as is Vice President Kamala Harris.
