There are slips of the tongue to be sure. But then there’s been a media firestorm around Justice Clarence Thomas even since the Dobbs decision came down — Thomas seems to be taking the full brunt of overturning Roe v. Wade even though it was a 6-3 decision.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said we know from the Dobbs ruling that “Judge Thompson” is looking to go even further.
