To celebrate Culture Month, second-graders reportedly learn about furries and create their own 'fursona'

Hey all, Libs of Tik Tok is still going strong after being suspended a couple of times and “exposed” by the Washington Post’s Taylor Lorenz. That’s great news because she’s showing us what’s actually going on inside classrooms — the stuff the liberals are always insisting isn’t being taught.

This comes from Austin, Texas, and as we all know gubernatorial candidate Beto O’Rourke is a furry. We’ve had discussions on libraries holding Drag Queen Story Time for toddlers and determined that there’s nothing wrong with drag, but it’s adult entertainment — keep it in the nightclubs. Now, as part of Culture Month, second-grade students are learning about youth subcultures “from goths to furries.” They even get to create their own “fursona” (male, female, or non-binary) and complete a furry word search.

In case you didn’t learn this in your public school, the furry subculture is very much about sex and is not necessarily a “youth” subculture. If you want to know more, CNN did a piece called, “Inside the misunderstood culture of furries” in 2018. “Most feel like depictions of sexual fetishists wearing furry costumes and cavorting at wild parties are inaccurate and downright unfair, say experts, wrote Thom Patterson after consulting with furry “experts.”

It’s really on the handout: There are three checkboxes to describe your “fursona” — male, female, and non-binary.

As we’ve mentioned a million times, part of the Black Lives Matter mission statement is to “disrupt” the nuclear family.

Thank you.

We don’t know, but Libs is pretty good at vetting her sources. Some are saying this is a hoax passed around at a furry convention, but still, that handout out Culture Month is pretty elaborate for a prank.
