This tweet from former senior advisor to President Obama Valerie Jarrett is chock full of stupid. First, she says she’s wearing a mask no matter what “non-scientists” tell her what she can do. By all means! Wear a mask. No one is stopping her. Second, we’re assuming her tweet was inspired by the lifting of the national mask mandate on airplanes and other means of public transportation, but as you can clearly see out her back windshield she’s in a car, and probably alone, so we’re not sure who can infect her with COVID-19. Third, since she places her trust in scientists, how many scientists say you should wear a mask in your car? What’s the CDC’s latest guidance? Don’t ask Jen Psaki — she’s not a doctor.

It really is distressing how many of her followers are saying, “Me too!” Just when will “scientists” give everyone the OK to take off the masks … or will they, like Dr. Anthony Fauci, play it safe and keep extending it for eternity?
