To some, the three justices seated on the Supreme Court who were nominated by President Donald Trump will always have an asterisk next to their names. After Justice Neil Gorsuch took Merrick Garland’s “stolen” seat on the Court, there’s been a shroud of doubt over all who followed. Brett Kavanaugh organized gang rapes at parties while in high school, and Amy Coney Barrett was a member of a “Handmaid’s Tale” cult. But today Democrats are worried about civility during the confirmation hearings for Ketanji Brown Jackson.
MSNBC’s Chris Hayes thinks conservatives are “addicted to whining” even though Roe v. Wade is about to be overturned (it’s not) and conservatives have a “dubiously obtained” 6-3 majority on the Supreme Court. Who exactly is addicted to whining?
Conservatives love nothing more than to be both victor and victim. Just utterly addicted to whining even with a dubiously obtained 6-3 majority and Roe about to fall.

Every justice was confirmed using the constitutionally prescribed method. These people believe anything that denies them power is dubiously attained https://t.co/hPwnz8hil2

This entire tweet is a perfect example of playing victim and whining. https://t.co/rg1J63zkpE

A lesson in whining from someone still whining about Merrick Garland not being confirmed six years ago. https://t.co/MO1YHSuR0v

"Dubious" for democratic elections to matter or to restore powers to democratically elected governments that were stolen by unelected judges without a basis in anything done by the people. https://t.co/PzpzBJReQI

Lots of whining and victimhood claims in our politics, with the latter heavily incentivized. Very common on both sides. Also, current 6-3 SCOTUS majority was 100% legitimately obtained, despite dangerous delegitimizing efforts by ‘victims’ whining about losing. https://t.co/Gb4m96eCIZ

Liberals love nothing more than to be both victor and victim. Just utterly addicted to whining despite controlling the trifecta and a Supreme Court nomination certain to succeed. https://t.co/U0HzJ10WLM

No kidding … these are the Democrats when they control the White House and Congress and they’re still whining that Republicans won’t advance President Joe Biden’s agenda.

Who is that’s addicted to whining again? https://t.co/AP5tb8ECch

'dubiously obtained' Your accusation of whining contains whining. Casting doubt on the legitimacy of The Supreme Court like it's no big deal. https://t.co/NQmnWiTVca

"Dubiously obtained"?
Sounds like this guy is questioning the integrity of our elections. Sounds like that's something a Russian asset might do. https://t.co/sqKN8Hj9mg

Hayes has his own hour-long show on MSNBC every night … maybe he’ll expand on this tweet and explain exactly how the 6-3 Supreme Court was dubiously obtained, without whining about it.
