'I AM NOT SUICIDAL': Jussie Smollett sentenced to 150 days in jail for faking a hate crime

Jussie Smollett was late arriving at his sentencing hearing Thursday, but that didn’t mean that Judge James Linn was going to rush. Linn took his good sweet time lecturing Smollett, who chose not to testify on his own behalf. The judge sentenced Smollett to 150 days in jail for faking a hate crime, but not without roasting him first:

Smollett’s also been hit with a $25,000 fine and will pay restitution to the police.

Matt Finn has been covering the hearing for Fox News:

Smollett’s going straight to jail from the courthouse.
