People who spent four years calling President Trump a racist and a crook and a Russian asset can be found on social media today asking that we all stand together behind President Biden during the Ukraine crisis. That, and if you criticize Biden in any way, you’re pro-Russia. It would have been nice to have had those rules in place during the last administration; then it would be easier to play by them now.
Radio host and “comedian” Dean Obeidallah is taking that tack to new extremes with this tweet in which he claims Trump’s GOP is watching Russia’s invasion of Ukraine “as a playbook to wage more Jan 6 attacks” and end our democracy.
We watch Putin's horrific attack on the people of Ukraine in horror. Trump and much of his GOP view it as a playbook to wage more Jan 6 attacks in the US to end our democracy.

Are you able to articulate how these two things are related? What the parallel is? The only thing i see is the “orange man bad” mindset and a pathological need to relate everything to him

Did he explore this on his radio show today? Did he explain what it means?

I'm sorry 1/6 was worse than Pearl Harbor and 9/11 rolled into one. You can't compare 1/6 to this.

Stop documenting your mental illness on Twitter and go and get some much needed help.

That was some ratio … you’d think people who actually listen to Obeidallah on purpose would pipe up and defend this, but we couldn’t find any.
