Vice President Kamala Harris finally took interest in a border last week when she traveled to the Munich Security Conference to represent the United States and rally our allies in the face of Russian aggression. White House chief of staff Ron Klain tweeted that America was fortunate to have Harris “representing us in Europe at this critical moment,” although even Politico reported that she “got tangled in her answers.”
