Sure, President Biden was like an hour late for his 10-minute statement on the situation in Ukraine, but reporters who waited it out weren’t given a chance to ask questions, as Biden, as usual, turned and walked out of the room. ABC News’ David Muir did a little improvising at that moment, explaining that Biden wasn’t taking questions “given the gravity of the moment the world is now facing.”
