President Joe Biden sat down with Vice President Kamala Harris and talked about his upcoming pick for a Supreme Court justice. There’s no question now, as if there ever was, that Biden agrees with his former boss that the Constitution is a “living document” that’s always evolving in terms of additional rights and curtailing rights. Curtailing rights? The government doesn’t grant us rights.

The Constitution DOES NOT evolve. It can be amended and said amendment can be negated. It can be interpreted by the courts and said interpretation can be reversed. But the Constitution itself is fixed. It does not "evolve".
