CNN's Bakari Sellers and others seem upset that Gov. Glenn Youngkin banned CRT, which doesn't exist

As Twitchy reported, Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin was sworn in Saturday, and he signed a number of executive orders, including leaving it up to parents whether children wear masks in school and banning the teaching of critical race theory in public schools.

It’s been fun watching leftist media figures like Joy Reid argue simultaneously that banning CRT is wrong while also arguing that it isn’t being taught or that, as Nicolle Wallace said right after the election, “doesn’t exist.”

CNN’s Bakari Sellers notes with amusement that Youngkin ran on something that doesn’t exist and then banned that thing that doesn’t exist.

Opponents argue that those who oppose critical race theory in school just don’t want race and racial history like slavery to be taught. That’s not CRT, so why are they arguing against those who want to ban CRT?

If it’s true as they say, and critical race theory is an esoteric topic taught only in law schools, this ban should keep it from trickling down into the public schools.
