Just a note for the folks at the Associated Press: We’ve known since shortly after the crisis began who was responsible for the massacre of 11 Israeli Olympians and a West German police officer at the 1972 Munich Olympics — this isn’t some big secret. And yet now the AP has deleted a tweet attributing the killings to — “guerrillas.”
The AP has deleted a tweet about the massacre at the 1972 Munich Olympics because it was unclear about who was responsible for the killings and referred to the attackers as guerrillas. A new tweet will be sent shortly.

How is it "unclear about who was responsible for the killings?" This has to be an account hack. I thought the AP was a news outlet.

@AP is a disgrace

Unclear? It was Palestinian terrorists. Every one should already know this.
— VrijVlinder (@VrijVlinder) September 7, 2019
Oh you know who was responsible.

THIS is absolute insanity. For god's sake ….. hire some damn grown ups, AP.

We’re pretty sure they didn’t want to face any blowback from Rashida Tlaib for painting Palestinians in a bad light.
