If you watch this short video from Cheddar, you’ll think the “Laundry Pod” is a miracle: It’s small, portable, uses practically no water, uses no electricity, and practically saves the climate every time you use it.
You really wouldn’t have to go back that many generations, though, to find people who’d be less than amazed by a hand-powered washing machine. They’d be more amazed at the invention of electric washing machines that actually got clothes clean.
