Celebrity attorney Michael Avenatti (he hates being called a celebrity attorney, so we’re going out of our way to work it in as much as possible) might have an ulterior motive here, as it looks like he’s aching to run for the Democratic nomination in 2020 against Sen. Kamala Harris and Sen. Cory Booker.

Either that or he 1) hasn’t read the news today or 2) is watching the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings on delay on DVR.

Get up to speed, man: no, those documents had been cleared for release, and Harris did not “eviscerate” Kavanaugh; she refused to show her cards, he said “No,” and she dropped it and moved on.

The Washington Post’s Seung Min Kim tried to get Avenatti up to date with current events:

So when asked with whom he might have spoken, she evaded and said that’s not the subject, and then accepted Kavanaugh’s answer. What “reliable information” did she have, then?

For those who missed it in the other thread, here’s Harris grandstanding for a couple of minutes before revealing she had nothing.

Yeah, he’s gotta be trolling.

They cannot and will not. This is your bench; deal with it.
