Bitter clinger Ben Rhodes nails the moment when the breakdown in civility occurred

Former Barack Obama adviser Ben Rhodes made it clear Sunday that he didn’t think Sarah Huckabee Sanders being asked to leave a restaurant was newsworthy — he was too concerned about President Trump “threatening to do away with the rule of law.”

Something about the incident must have stuck in his brain, though … he’s thinking about the breakdown in civility in politics and trying to nail exactly when it began. And it looks like this morning’s Supreme Court ruling on Trump’s travel ban must have jogged his memory.

Ah, the whole “stolen” Supreme Court seat, huh? We could have sworn the breakdown began before that, though.
