In case you missed it this weekend, the first 1,000 lucky owners of The Boring Company’s “Not-a-Flamethrower” picked up their new hardware Saturday:

Not only is it now called “Not-a-Flamethrower,” it also comes with a set of terms and conditions:

“I will not use this in a house, I will not point this at my spouse.” Classic.

Business Insider isn’t so sure that people are properly using their Not-a-Flamethrowers, and it even spawned a Twitter Moment.
